Uploads file to s3 and starts the job

Parameters

jobid:[string] unique id to be assigned(used in next steps)
upload file:[file upload] file to transcribe
asr_vendor:[str] asr vendor name to use (currently supported are:

SPECIALITY:[str][optional] if is_medical is true and you know speciality of the medical transcript pass it currently only PRIMARYCARE is supported(more coming soon)
Type:[str] Choose whether your audio is a conversation or a dictation('CONVERSATION'|'DICTATION') default DICTATION
vocabulary_name:[str][optional] name of custom vocabulary if created
LanguageModelName:[str][optional] name of the custom language model if created
is_automated_flow:[bool][optional] set to True if you want the entire flow to run including improved transcript

Response

job_id:[str] generates random id and returns it

Expected Response Time: 5-20 seconds based on size of uploaded audio file
